Appointment of SICPA CEO

The Somali Institute of Certified Public Accountants announced the appointment of Burhan Said Salah as Chief Executive Officer, marking a key milestone in enhancing the institute’s operational leadership and strategic execution. The appointment reflects the Council’s confidence in his professional expertise, leadership experience, and commitment to advancing the accounting profession in Somalia.

As CEO, he is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the institute, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring effective delivery of programs and services to members. His role also includes strengthening institutional capacity, expanding membership, and enhancing partnerships with local and international stakeholders.
